Happy Women's Equality Day!
August 22, 2017
Women’s Equality Day was first initiated by the U.S. Congress in 1971 to commemorate the anniversary of the passing of the 19th amendment in 1920, granting women the right to vote. In honor of the approaching day on August 26th, we’re spreading girl power by showcasing some of our favorite lady-lead brands that you can check out in our store on South Congress Ave!

Bitchstix is a face and body care line that creates all natural, non-GMO, palm oil-free beauty products, while reclaiming a word that has been used to offend and oppress women for generations, with the hopes to empower and educate while keeping your lips moisturized.
Not only are the women at Bitchstix environmentally conscious and animal friendly (never testing on animals), they prioritize the safety and well-being of women, helping support survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault with every purchase. On Women’s Equality Day and every other day of the year, we can not thank them enough for their work. Check out the Bitchstix line at our checkout counter!
