Repairs
You can be sure that at Limbo Jewelry quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, our jewelry is by its very nature delicate. As with any product, your jewelry may show signs of wear over time with regular use. Please see our jewelry care guide for suggestions on how to keep your jewelry in its very best condition.
Should you need a repair on your Limbo Jewelry please email repairs@limbojewelry.com to be issued a Repair Authorization Number (RA#) which must be clearly labeled on the package. (Repair requests are subject for approval by our repair department).
All of your Limbo Jewelry comes protected with a 1-year full warranty on materials and manufacturer defects.
Limbo™ Jewelry will repair at no charge any issues caused by manufacturer or materials defect within 1-year of receipt of purchase. The only charge for this service is the return shipping charge of $7.50.
Repairs needed after 1 year or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense (usually in the $15 range + $7.50 shipping).
Allow 2-4 weeks for any repairs.
