Repairs

You can be sure that at Limbo Jewelry quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, our jewelry is by its very nature delicate. As with any product, your jewelry may show signs of wear over time with regular use. Please see our jewelry care guide for suggestions on how to keep your jewelry in its very best condition.

Should you need a repair on your Limbo Jewelry please email repairs@limbojewelry.com to be issued a Repair Authorization Number (RA#) which must be clearly labeled on the package. (Repair requests are subject for approval by our repair department).

Limbo™ Jewelry will repair any issues caused by manufacturer or materials defect, wear and tear, etc. The charge will vary depending on the repair needed (usually in the $25-50 range). If your jewelry is shipped to us for repair, there will be an additional charge for return shipping of $7.50

Allow 4-­6 weeks for any repairs.
