Where is Limbo jewelry made?

All of Limbo jewelry is hand fabricated in Austin Texas at our design studio.

Is the quality of the jewelry consistent?

Each piece is handmade in Limbo Jewelry’s South Austin studio. Because of the nature of handmade pieces, slight variations occur in size, shape, and texture however great attention is given to detail to make each piece perfect in its own right. Limbo Jewelry is committed to creating affordable jewelry from quality and ethically sourced materials.

Is Limbo Jewelry 100% Nickel free?

Yes, all of our materials used in the production of your jewelry are nickel free. Nickel allergies are the most common in jewelry materials.

What type of materials are used in Limbo™ Jewelry?

Your Limbo Jewelry Jewelry is only made with the highest quality materials available. The silver we use is 100% solid sterling silver. The gold is 14 karat gold­ fill, we do not use any plated metals. G​old­ fill is used over gold plate because it is the highest quality alternative to solid gold and will not rub off or turn your skin green. The metal for each particular piece is specified in the product description.

Do you do special orders or custom work?

You are able to have Edson (founder/creative director) create a custom piece for you. Edson is happy to do commission pieces, such as engagement rings and one­of­a­kind designs, depending on his schedule. Please email us at design@limbojewelry.com to schedule a consultation with him.

Can I resize a ring that I ordered?

Yes. Depending on the style the fee can range from $10 - $25. Please email us at support@limbojewelry.com to discuss details. The customer is responsible for shipping in both directions.

Can I order a ring in half sizes? Can I order a necklace in a different length? Different metal?

As all of our jewelry is made to order, we have a fair amount of flexibility when it comes to ring sizes, chain lengths, and metal options. Please email us at support@limbojewelry.com to discuss your customization options. Additional fees may apply and all sales are final for custom pieces. We do not accept any coupons on custom orders.

I lost an earring / Can I order half a pair?

Yes! Half pairs of earrings are half the current retail price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping. Please refer to Earring Replacement ​to order an earring mate.

I damaged my Limbo™ Jewelry piece, Can I get it fixed?

Yes, more than likely, we can fix your piece for a small charge or free of charge should it meet our warranty requirements. Please refer to our R​epairs Policy​ and our W​arranty Policy.

Is my jewelry protected by a warranty?

Yes, all of your Limbo Jewelry comes protected by a 1 year full warranty. Please refer to our W​arranty Policy.

Orders FAQ
Do I have to pay sales tax?

All orders that have a Texas billing address are subject to a 8.25% sales tax. All out of state (Tx) orders do not pay sales taxes.

When will my card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged for the full order amount when the order is placed.

How long will it takes to receive my order?

I make all of our pieces to order by hand in our Austin studio. I will do my best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. Please allow 3­-9 business days for processing all orders. Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays. If you need something by a certain date or would like to expedite shipping, please make sure to put that in the comments section, or send us an email at support@limbojewelry.com I will always do my best to accommodate your requests and I appreciate your understanding and patience.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your USPS tracking details for domestic orders. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails can be re­directed there.
